Our Michel Roux Jr Restaurant, originally overseen by the late legendary French chef Albert Roux, is now overseen by his son Michel Roux Jr and run by an award-winning executive head chef. The restaurant is set in the luxuriously embellished Baillie Room. Surrounded by gold leaf and opulent antiques, we offer an experience of a bygone era.
Lunch and dinner are served seven days a week
Please note that the time you book is your arrival time and you will be taken to your table half an hour after this. i.e if you wish to dine at 8pm, please book 7.30pm arrival, for drinks and canapes and we will take you to your table at 8pm.
Dining at Crossbasket Castle is a culinary experience that need not be confined to the dining room. There are lots of luxurious spots within the hotel that can accommodate more intimate, private dining.
